Embarking Crew operates an online job board connecting seafarers ("crew") with cruise lines and crewing/manning agencies ("employers"). Use of the platform by crew members is free of charge. Employers pay for job-listing and advertising services as described on our Pricing page.
All content on this website — text, design, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Embarking Crew or its licensors and is protected under Spanish Intellectual Property Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996) and applicable EU directives. Reproduction, distribution, or public communication without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Users agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and refrain from actions that could damage, disable, or overburden the website. Full conditions are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Embarking Crew acts as an intermediary connecting crew members and employers. We are not a party to any employment contract, do not guarantee job outcomes, and are not liable for the accuracy of job postings or applicant information supplied by third parties. Employers are solely responsible for complying with applicable maritime employment, immigration, and labor law in their hiring processes.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that entitle a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence within the EU.
